Terms & Services

No works are allowed to be redistributed for mass production for sales of any kind. Ex: Physical or digital copies.If you wish to do so, then a commercial fee will be applied. Should any work be redistributed without my prior knowledge, you will be issued a Cease and Desist.I may use the commissioned piece for my personal portfolio. Fanart of an existing media/game character may be posted to substar/fanbox as exclusive content.I may post WiPs or stream my works online. If you wish for the work to remain confidential then please let me know ahead of time.

Personal or nonprofit use:

  • Can be used for social media/sharing or gifts.

  • May not be used in projects for monetary purposes such as Streams/Merch

  • Can request up to 1 major alteration during the commission

  • No major alterations or changes will be made once completed.

Commercial: Streaming / content use (1.25x additional cost):

  • Can be used for streams/overlays

  • Can request up to 3 major alterations during the commission

  • Final work will be watermarked for public upload

Commercial: Merchandise / ads / prints (2x additional cost):

  • Can be used in projects for monetary purposes. Ex: patreon rewards, game projects, other works which you will be involved with.

  • May be redistributed for sales of prints, merchandising, or ads.

  • Can request up to 3 major alterations during the commission

  • Final work will be watermarked for public upload

$ $ Refund Policy:

  • Refunds or Cancellations will be issued upwards to 50% depending on the progress made with the illustration.

  • Should any issues occur on my end and I am unable to complete your illustration I will refund you 100% of your payment.

  • Work in progress art will be held for the future when you return to complete payments or be deleted.
