Commissioned works may not be redistributed for mass production or resale in any form (physical or digital).

If you wish to use the artwork commercially, a commercial fee will be applied.

Unauthorized redistribution or commercial use without prior agreement will result in a Cease and Desist notice.

I reserve the right to use the commissioned work in my personal portfolio and for promotional purposes, including use in convention or online merchandise.

Fanart of existing media/game characters may be posted to platforms such as Substar or Fanbox as exclusive content.

I may share work-in-progress (WIP) images or stream the creation process unless you request confidentiality beforehand.

Allowed for personal sharing (e.g., social media or as gifts).

Not permitted for any monetary or promotional projects (e.g., streaming, merch, monetized content).

You may request up to one major revision during the commission process.

No major changes will be accepted after final approval.

Use in streaming overlays, digital content, Patreon rewards, or monetized media is allowed.

Allows up to 3 revisions during the commission process.

Final artwork may include a watermark for public use.

Grants the right to use the artwork for monetized physical products, advertisements, or mass-produced goods.

Includes usage for merchandise (e.g., prints, apparel, keychains), packaging, or promotional material.

Allows up to 3 revisions during the commission process.

Final artwork may be watermarked for public upload or display.

The Client agrees that the Artist retains the right to receive royalties if the commissioned work is used for significant commercial purposes—such as merchandise, monetized media, advertising, or other revenue-generating products.

Royalties will be negotiated separately based on factors like product type, scale of production, and estimated revenue.

This clause applies in addition to any commercial usage fees (e.g., the 2x merchandise fee). Personal or non-commercial use does not incur royalties.

The Client may request a partial refund (up to 50%) depending on the progress of the artwork at the time of cancellation (e.g., sketch, line art, base color).

A full (100%) refund will be issued if I am unable to complete your commission.

WIP artwork may be held for completion if payment is resumed, or deleted at the client’s request.

No refunds will be issued once the final artwork is delivered.

Refunds are not granted due to client dissatisfaction arising from poor communication, unclear instructions, or changes in personal preference.

Chargebacks are not accepted under any circumstance. If a chargeback is filed without attempting resolution, the client forfeits all rights to the artwork, and a blacklist may apply.

In the event of a dispute, all communication, receipts, and progress records will be submitted to the payment processor as evidence.
